Culture in the South West Region

National, regional and sub-regional datasets relating to the eight main "cultural domains" that are identified by the culture module of the South West Observatory of Arts, Creative Industries, Cultural and Sporting Physical Assets, Film, Heritage & the Built Environment, Museums, Libraries & Archives and Sport & Tourism can be accessed here.

The CIPFA Plus is a national survey carried out for all public libraries, both static and mobile services, in Wiltshire every three years. The survey follows strict guidelines laid down under the CIPFA Plus methodology (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy) undertaken in each library by means of a self completion questionnaire handed to adult library users. The most recent survey was carried out in September/October 2009.
